Flapjack FitSpo Chocolate chip and Orange is an energy bar made with rolled oats in combination of orange peels, chocolate chip and a smooth milk chocolate topping. The oat bar is a perfect source of slow-release carbohydrates, the ultimate snack in the morning for breakfast; before training for controlled release of energy, after training to restore glycogen levels in muscles for an easier and faster increase in muscle mass.
