1. POLICY OBJECTIVES

• The adoption and implementation of this policy of "FITSPO NUTRITION" Ltd., in accordance with Bulgarian legislation and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, sets out the rules regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the rules regarding the free movement of personal data.
• By adopting and implementing this policy of "FITSPO NUTRITION" Ltd., in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679, fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals are protected, and in particular their right to protection of personal data.
• With this policy, “FITSPO NUTRITION” Ltd. aims to guarantee:

- Lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out by “FITSPO NUTRITION” Ltd.;
