No. The products are without added sugar. They contain only natural sugars coming from individual ingredients. This helps for more stable blood sugar levels and easier calorie control. (Check the label for exact values of sugars/100 g and per serving.)
We use natural steviol glycosides (stevia) and natural flavorings to provide a dessert taste without added sugar and with a lower calorie load. This supports a calorie deficit and reduces the risk of sharp glycemic spikes.
In selected products, we use polydextrose (soluble dietary fiber with a prebiotic effect) and husk/psyllium (seeds from Plantago ovata, rich in soluble fibers). They:
- slow down the absorption of carbohydrates → more stable blood sugar;
- prolong satiety and support appetite control;
- support normal intestinal function and comfortable digestion.
The total fiber content is indicated on the label for each product.
